United States Shipping: Orders are processed in how they are recieved. Please allow 7-10 business days for item to ship from us. Once item ships after time allow 2-3 days to receive once you get your tracking number via paypal. Once you order is processed you will get a email stating that you order is on the way. Parcel Post mail delivers in 5-7 business days. Priority mail delivers in 2-4 business days. Express mail delivers in 1-2 business days. Please contact us at email@example.com if requesting express shipping or next day shipping.
Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties fee added by their respective government.
Foreign orders are usually shipped via Priority mail and can take 2-4 weeks to receive.
* Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, It is not Madams on the Go responsibility to replace it on all orders.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final; we do not issue refunds. EXCHANGES ONLY. If you have an issue with the item(s), email us at email@example.com within 72 hours of getting your item(s).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full store credit for unused merchandise within 5 business days of delivery of merchandise. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the product(s) you would like to return.
Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 72 hours or items will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all return items. Shipping cost is non refundable on all return items. Please allow us 48 business hours to ship exchanged item(s) this is contingent on if your size is in stock or not. All return items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed in original shipping box with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept items that does not follow our exchange policy.
